La Pineda is a family-resort strip wedged between Salou and Vila-seca, with the longest unbroken stretch of sand on this part of the coast. The flat seafront, the pine-shaded park around Pi del Burgar and the quieter shoulder seasons make it one of the easiest places on the Costa Daurada to train outdoors year-round.

Long sandy beach

Several kilometres of flat, firm sand from Cap Salou towards the Port Aventura headland — ideal for soft-sand conditioning, sled-style sandbag work, sprint mechanics and beach-walk recovery sessions.

  • Is outdoor training viable on La Pineda beach in winter?

    Most of the year, yes. Winter mornings on this coast are usually mild and dry. In wind or rain we move to the pinada, to a covered space or to an indoor session.

  • I am only in La Pineda for a few weeks — is that worth it?

    Often, yes. Short blocks work well for visitors and long-stay guests: an assessment, two to three sessions a week, and a plan you can take home afterwards.

  • Can you help if I have an old injury or pain history?

    Often, yes. Coaching is rehabilitation-informed and adapted to your history, capacity and confidence. It does not replace medical diagnosis or physiotherapy where those are needed.
