The flat seafront, the pine-shaded park around Pi del Burgar and the quieter shoulder seasons make it one of the easiest places on the Costa Daurada to train outdoors year-round.
Several kilometres of flat, firm sand from Cap Salou towards the Port Aventura headland — ideal for soft-sand conditioning, sled-style sandbag work, sprint mechanics and beach-walk recovery sessions.
The shaded park around the protected pine and the wider pinada give clean ground, fixed bars and shelter from the midday sun — useful for warm-ups, mobility flows and bodyweight strength circuits.

1:1 personal training is €90 per hour. Small-group training is €15–30 per person per hour depending on group size. Pre-paid blocks and packages can be arranged on your intro call.
