Yes. The three sit within the same municipality and we treat them as one operational area. You can keep the same session slot if you move between addresses inside it.

Yes. English is my native language and I also coach in German. Spanish is in progress — I can give simple cues in Spanish and switch to English or German for detailed explanations.
It depends on what you want. Vila-seca is quieter, more residential and easier in summer; Salou seafront is better for beach and promenade work. Many clients use both depending on the month.
Often, yes. Coaching is rehabilitation-informed and adapted to your history, capacity and confidence. It does not replace medical diagnosis or physiotherapy where those are needed.
1:1 personal training is €90 per hour. Small-group training is €15–30 per person per hour depending on group size. Pre-paid blocks and packages can be arranged on your intro call.
